Automotive Hall of Fame Scholarships
These automotive scholarships are offered to incoming freshmen as well as higher level undergraduate students. These scholarships are awarded based on financial need and academic achievement. To be eligible for these $2,000 scholarships, students must submit an official application along with an official transcript, and a letter of acceptance from an accredited U.S. college, university, or trade school. In addition, applicants must be citizens of the U.S. or have a Student Visa, must be enrolled full-time, and must have at least a 3.0 GPA. SEMA Memorial Scholarship
The SEMA Memorial automotive scholarships are awarded to undergraduate, graduate, and vocational school students who are attending full-time and who have an interested in automotive aftermarket careers. To be eligible, students must have at least a 2.5 GPA. In addition, vocational/technical students must have completed at least 25 hours, while students at four-year colleges must have completed 50 credit hours before applying. Southern Automotive Women’s Forum Scholarship
These automotive scholarships are valued at between $500 and $5,000 and are awarded to women pursuing automotive careers. Applicants must submit applications along with other required documents via postal mail. Online applications are not available. To be eligible for these scholarships, applicants must be females who graduated, or will soon graduate, from a high school in one of the southern states and who will attend college in a southern state. Eligible states include Alabama, Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, or West Virginia. In addition, applicants must be enrolled in an accredited program in automotive, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, engineering, machine tooling, computing, or technology.
