AACE International Competitive Scholarships
AACE International offers business scholarships to students who are enrolled in an ABET-accredited U.S. college or university. To be eligible, students must be enrolled full-time, must be pursuing a degree in business, engineering, building construction, construction management, quantity surveying, computer sciences, or information technology. In addition, students may not be employed full-time in cost management and are not required to be U.S. citizens. Applications are due by February 15 and can be found at the official site.
The CWIT business scholarships provide $3,000 to two university or college students as well as two $1,500 scholarships for high school seniors. Scholarships are open to male and female students who are pursuing international trade or a related field. To be considered, applicants must write an essay on one of three assigned topics along with an explanation of why they deserve the scholarship. Applicants must also be enrolled in an accredited school or have a proof of acceptance. Applications must be accompanied by a letter of recommendation and official transcripts as well as a listing of work and extracurricular activities. DMEF Scholarship Awards
The Direct Marketing Educational Foundation offers eight separate business scholarships. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university with a minimum of one semester of education remaining. High school students and those entering graduate school are not eligible. All applications and materials are due by May 31 and can be found at the DMEF scholarship site.
FWA business scholarships are designed to provide assistance to women in the San Francisco Bay Area who are studying finance or financial services. These scholarships provide $5,000 each to undergraduate students and $10,000 to graduate students as well as mentoring and an Associate-level membership in FWA. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in an accredited Bay Area college or university and have at least a 3.4 GPA. Applications are available at the official site and are due by March 24.
Marriott Minority Entrepreneurs Scholarship Program
These valuable business scholarships award $3,000 each to five students each year who are studying business, franchising, or entrepreneurial studies. Eligible applicants must be enrolled full-time in an accredited institution. Adult applicants must have five years of business management or ownership experience and excellent credentials. In addition, all applicants must be members of a minority group and must be citizens of the U.S. Applications and detailed information are available at the Marriott Minority Scholarship site.
The Chicago Roofing Contractors Association provides $3,000 business scholarships to students living in Boone, DeKalb, Cook, Grundy, DuPage, Kane, Kankakee, Lake, Kendall, McHenry, Will, Stephenson, or Winnebago counties in Illinois. Students must be high school seniors with a 28 or higher composite score on the ACT. In addition, students must be accepted to a four-year accredited college or university to study engineering, business, architecture, sciences, or liberal arts. Due date for application is March 1st. Executive Women International Scholarship Program
The EWISP business scholarships have been named one of the top 12 scholarships in the U.S. by Money magazine. The scholarships are open to high school seniors who exhibit good scholastic achievement, citizenship, leadership abilities, and extra-curricular participation. Awards range from $1,000 to $5,000.
